Victor Mathon

I’m Victor Mathon, a software engineer and builder. I discovered computers at four, at my grandparents’ home in Puglia, Italy, and have never really left them since.

I work to bring AI into the real world. I lead NOVA, Lutessa Group’s automation, AI, and software unit. I’m also the co-founder and CTO of Legili, and I lead AI at Agrolytics.

I like building products from scratch, especially when the problem is still unclear. NOVA builds software and AI systems, Legili makes NIS2 compliance more accessible, and Agrolytics builds AI agents for the agri-food industry.

Previously, I worked on products for film and television at Cinetwork. I built Genèse for Studio TF1’s literary team, PostPlanner for Demain nous appartient and Ici tout commence, and AI features used daily by 1,000+ people across 20+ productions in 4 countries.

I study computer science at Epitech. Most of what I know, however, comes from building products and putting them in front of real users.

Outside work, I’m interested in esports and technology. I also care about taste, cinema, and music.
